PowerTester with Bluetooth
Our testing device is designed to measure two voltage points and the current flowing through resistor R6 simultaneously, with all results saved to an SD card for later analysis. This allows us to plot voltage and current over time, providing valuable insights into the behavior of the device under test.
The tester box is powered by a compact lithium battery that's rechargeable via USB, making it easy to use on the go. We've also incorporated a Solid State Relay(SSR) to isolate the power supply to the device under test, enabling us to cut off power remotely using software for added protection.
It is using the ATMEGA328P microcontroller with the Arduino firmware configured has a
Pro mini arduino board.
Additionally, we've integrated a Bluetooth module, which has been successfully used to control the load on and off, as well as display voltage and current readings, through a custom-built android app. Unfortunately, the app has been lost ☹️, but we're eager to rebuild and continue exploring the possibilities of remote monitoring and control.

Schematic

This board was design in Kicad, here is the CAD project
Placement

The connections inside the box and a small piggyback ADC board to make a small fix that will be implements on the PCB on a future version.

Everything was hand soldered.
